Sol-gel auto-combustion synthesis, cation distribution and physicochemical properties of Ni0.6Cd0.4Fe2O4 NPs

چکیده

The intent of begun work is to synthesis and study the structural, electric, magnetic frequency dependent dielectric properties Ni0.6Cd0.4Fe2O4 NPs fabricated via sol-gel auto-combustion technic. XRD data affirmed that synthesized do possess a single phase; spinel structure; cubic geometry ferrite in nature. lattice constant (a) was estimated be 8.363 Å crystallite size (t) determined from Debay-Scherrer method found 48.70 nm. SEM images may propose spherically shaped with formation fusion gains. Activation energy (?E) Arrhenius relation recorded as 0.03 eV. Eventually, comprehensive parameters viz. (Ms), (Hc), (nB) were shown decreased comparison unloaded NiFe2O4 an effect on non-magnetic Cd2+ ions over Ni2+ Fe3+ ions.
